I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, just minutes away from the main market, Independence Square, and the port. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. However, the shared facilities with the Novotel next door were a bit confusing as their services were superior. Overall, a great experience with a couple of minor drawbacks.
